We've updated the Terms of Service for using the Business Catapult site to better clarify rights in data and your responsibilities. Specifically, your ownership of the data you post to the site is clarified, as well as the rights you give others to use that data -- for example, to review your business profile. Your responsibilities as a user are also clarified, particularly for group administrators.

The Business Catapult is a new kind of social networking platform that works to put the right entrepreneur in front of the right investor or advisor at the right time for the right reasons.

We don’t manage the organizations and groups that use our tools. We provide the tools for them to form and manage their own networks better, to grow them more efficiently, and to help them collaborate more effectively with other individuals, groups and organizations.
